Eilat by Adam

We drove from Kiryat Tivon to Eilat. On our drive there we looked out the window. It was hilly. A half an hour later we were still in the hills. One hour later we were in the desert.

When we got there our host showed us around the house We had one big room which was our living room, kitchen, and dining room and there was a hallway leading to the rooms. There was me and Arija's room and our parents room.

The next day we woke and up to drive to the Dolphin Center. When we got there, we went through security and then we walked out on to a long pier. The second we got out there we saw some dolphins. We spent about an hour there watching dolphins. Then we went and swam in the Red Sea in a little zone where the dolphins couldn't get in. Then it was feeding time. They gave the dolphin fish and when I say fish I mean alive fish. After that we left. That night we had dinner and went to sleep.

The next day we went to Timna Park. Timna Park is in the desert. When we got there we went to a big loop made out of sandstone and then we hiked up a ladder through the loop. When we got up there we took a lot of photos. Then we climbed back down a different ladder and saw holes of 6,000 year old copper mines and we found a lot of copper. After then we went to go make sand bottles and when we were done we went back to our car and drove home. The next day we packed and we left.

I want to come back to Eilat.

  1. Sounds like a fun trip, Adam! What part did you like best, the dolphins or climbing in the desert or the copper mines? I love your sand bottles!
