Sukkot in Jerusalem by Adam

By Adam

We rented a car and drove to a place and had pita and hummus. Then we went to see all the different presidents' graves. Then we went to a big market, then we drove to a cute little cottage where we stayed.

The next day we got up and had breakfast to be ready for a big day in the Old City. We got going at about 9:30 and then saw the big wall that surrounded the Old City. They were all really old. Then we walked through the walls. It was so busy. Then we went through this huge market where we walked through and I bought a shofar. We walked through that market for a while and then got to the Western Wall and stuck little notes into the cracks. It was cool. Then we walked back and got pineapple. It was so sweet. Then we got back to the shofar and I bought it. Then we went for this walk on the walls. There were a lot of pretty views. I blew my shofar up there. When we were all done with the walk we walked back to our cottage.

The next day we woke up and drove to this place and had breakfast.

What a great experience in... Jerusalem!!!

At the hummus and pita place. I did not like the hummus there but the pita was excellent.

Me with all the rugalach. Rugalach are a chocolate pastry. Yummy yummy.
